What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

These delivery charges will depend to which region where we are delivering to and will take package weight and size into account. Please call us if you have any doubts or concerns.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

As we make use of PayFast you will be directed to the bank that you bank with. However, you will be able to do bank transfers directly into our account, however goods will only be dispached once the funds have been received and verified by the bank.

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries regionally will be within 3 to 6 days as this also depends on your location within South Africa. If you are based outside of South Africa, we will confirm shipment with our freight forwarding company.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use PayFast to accept card payments which comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will receive confirmation of your order by way of a telephone call or email from us. This is to confirm that you have indeed ordered the right parts, bike or accessories and to make sure that we have your shipping address correctly captured.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be sent to your email address that you have captured when the order was placed.
